1. Agreement to Terms

We act as advisors and facilitators, providing real estate and tax advisory services. Our guidance is tailored to your jurisdiction and situation, but does not replace binding legal opinions from licensed attorneys in your country of residence.

3. Strategy Session Fee

The strategy session fee is $3,500 USD. This fee:

• Is payable in advance to reserve your consultation spot
• Is fully credited toward your investment if you proceed with a property acquisition through our network
• Covers the strategy session, tax structuring guidance, and initial market briefing
• Is non-refundable once the strategy session has been conducted

If you choose not to proceed with an investment after the strategy session, you retain the knowledge and strategies discussed, but the fee is not refundable.

4. Investment Risks

Investing in Venezuelan real estate involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Political Risk: Venezuela's political environment may affect property rights, currency controls, and market conditions
• Currency Risk: Exchange rate fluctuations and currency controls may impact investment value and repatriation of funds
• Legal Risk: Property laws and regulations may change, affecting ownership rights
• Liquidity Risk: Real estate markets may be illiquid, making it difficult to sell properties quickly
• Market Risk: Property values may decline, and there is no guarantee of appreciation
• Operational Risk: Property management, maintenance, and tenant issues may affect returns

5. No Guarantee of Returns

Venezuelan Homes makes no representations or guarantees regarding investment returns, property appreciation, rental yields, or any other financial outcomes. Each investment carries its own unique risks and potential rewards.

As a client, you agree to:
