Common questions

How do I receive my rent?

We collect from tenants and wire your net income (after our fee) to your international bank account monthly. We handle all currency conversion and documentation. You receive a detailed statement with each transfer.

What if a tenant doesn't pay?

We follow up immediately with late payers. If non-payment persists, we initiate the legal process for eviction (legal fees separate). We've found that professional screening prevents most payment issues before they start.

How are repairs approved?

Routine maintenance under a threshold you set (typically $200-500) is handled automatically with notification. Larger repairs require your approval before we proceed. We provide photos and multiple quotes for major work.

Can I visit my property?

Absolutely. We coordinate with tenants to arrange visits with appropriate notice. We can also accompany you if you'd like a property tour or to meet your tenants in person.

What about property taxes?

We track tax obligations and can pay on your behalf from rental income (passed through at cost). We provide all documentation needed for your tax filings in your home country.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We prefer 12-month agreements for continuity, but can discuss shorter terms. 60-day notice to terminate. No early termination penalties if you sell the property.
